Job Context

NMS is going to recruit a competent and self-motivated individual for the position of DIC Manager one SACMO One and Field Organizer One Position of “Continuation and Scale-up of Prioritized HIV Prevention and Treatment Services for Key Populations in Bangladesh” which is Implemented by Nari Mukti Sangha.

Employment Status: Full-time (Contractual)

Workplace: Work at office but need to frequent field visit / outreach.

Job Location: Mymensingh DIC

Job Responsibility :

The major role of this position is to achieve 95-95-95 targets and ensure Zero tolerance for fraud and corruptions, violation of any compliance at Outlet level. Beside s/he will play vital role at Outlet level for ensuring 100% transparency, accountability and performance-based result. The position will be crucial to coordinate into activities and help to solve difficult or challenging issues in HIV, AIDS and STI prevention, care and support as well as integration of different services (e.g. MCH integration, gender-based violence, TB and Economic rehabilitation program integration, etc.). Beside s/he will play vital role in monitoring progress and performance of each DIC providing Assistance to DIC team members to ensure the highest quality HIV prevention as well as will ensure meaningful coordination with GO/NGO and local level other stakeholders. S/he will play significant role in identifying referral services based on the need to the beneficiaries and will proceed for functional referral system. She/he will also be responsible to assist Technical Specialist – Program in carrying out training and advocacy events.

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

  • Ensure support including management of logistics (condom, IEC/BCC materials, HTC kits, STI drugs, etc.) to DIC/Outlet team members for smooth implementation of the DIC/Outlet activities
  • Develop and ensure timely sending of logistics requisition e.g. HP, condoms, etc.
  • Facilitate regular update of mother list and social marketing of condoms
  • Ensure rest and recreation facilities for the FSWs and MARAs as well as child friendly environment at DIC/Outlet level
  • Ensure HTC for MARA and partners of female sex workers through creating enabling environment during the service day
  • Make sure DIC/Outlet available with all relevant documents/guidelines/SOPs, etc. and make clear understanding of team members
  • Ensure DIC/Outlet branding as per guideline
  • Make sure overall arrangement including required reports and records to face visitors from LFA, CCM, PR, SR, SSR management
  • Recognize, notify and mitigate any harassment with FSWs/DIC/Outlet and outreach staff in consultation with Specialist – Program in respective LH Consortium sites
  • Make sure appropriate planning and execution of planned events
  • Make sure clinical services are providing in line with the guideline/SOPs
  • Make sure proper infection prevention is taking place at DIC/Outlet level
  • Make sure Quality Assurance checklist points maintains at DIC/Outlet level
  • Make sure Quality PSM checklist points maintains at DIC/Outlet level

Safe guarding

  • Guide and support Outlet Team management on safe guarding trainings/orientation/and regular discussion in the formal meeting of the DIC/Outlets;
  • Monitor Safeguarding policy implementation at DIC/Outlet level through monitoring and supervision
  • Submit monthly report to Safeguarding focal on the monitoring and canter safeguarding risk assessment

Other: Perform any task assigned by the supervisor or project focal.
