Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for talented and mentally and physically fit fresh graduate engineers for our Field Support Operations (Technical) in Chattogram and Cox`s Bazar offices on yearly contract.
Responsibilities including but not limited to the following:
- Providing technical support on-site and over-phone to customers regarding Operating Systems (Windows), Network and Internet links, Service Usage and related issues.
- Maintain documentation of Network links, New Users, task details, equipment/ accessory details etc.
