Responsibilities & Context

Ethnic Community Development Organization (ECDO) is a nonprofit, non-government voluntary development organization working for the development of various indigenous communities in the Sylhet region, Bangladesh with the United Nations (UN) special consultative ECOSOC Status organization since 2016. We are pleased to announce that we have received a project from Oxfam Bangladesh aimed at developing leadership among tea labor women. To ensure the successful implementation of this project, we are seeking to recruit qualified and dedicated individuals for the mentioned positions:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the project budget and financial records maintaining Cash Books, Ledger Books, Stock Books etc.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures of ECDO and Oxfam Bangladesh.
  • Prepare financial reports and submit them to the Project Coordinator and donors.
  • Assist in the preparation of audits and financial reviews.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to the project team.
