Responsibilities & Context

Proposing Insurance Solutions: Develop and recommend customized insurance plans that align with client’s needs and long-term financial goals.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering regular advice and updates on insurance matters.
Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the process of filing claims, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Market Research: Stay informed about the latest insurance products, market trends, and changes in regulations to provide updated advice to clients.
Sales and Outreach: Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing, and work to expand the company’s client base.
Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all client documentation is complete and in line with legal and company requirements.
