Job Context:
We are an export/retail/wholesale-oriented manufacturer looking for dynamic and highly professional individuals for the position of “In-charge, Finishing”.
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of woven fabrics.
- Oversee the finishing department’s operations and maintain accountability for output, standards, and timely delivery.
- Supervise the completion of production schedules to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Verify that the final products and raw materials consistently meet client needs.
- Ensure safety and quality activities in the workplace.
- Control finishing tasks and manage finishing workers.
- Provide effective production leadership combined with problem-solving abilities.
- Monitor the finishing process to ensure products are delivered on schedule.
- Receive accessories from the store for folding and packing activities.
- Monitor daily goals.
- Perform any responsibilities assigned by the administration.
