• Strong leadership and team management skill.
• Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
• Good knowledge & skills in computing.
• Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
• Good in planning and analytical skills.

Responsibilities & Context

• Manage all aspects of the finishing process, including final assembly, inspection, quality control, and packaging.

• Develop and implement efficient finishing procedures to optimize production flow and ensure timely delivery.

• Lead a team of finishing personnel, providing them with training, and coaching, and ensuring they adhere to safety protocols.

• Conduct thorough quality inspections to identify and address any defects before products are shipped.

• Oversee maintenance and upkeep of finishing equipment to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain accurate records and reports related to the finishing process.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as production planning and quality control, to ensure seamless product flow.

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the finishing process.
