Be able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.

Candidates having experience of working with Best Seller buyers will be given preference
Finishing operation control & ability to handle the inspections with external buying office audits.
Have the ability to manage his team in finishing & packing with good results.
Strong production leadership with problem-solving skills.
Should technically be qualified & capable of monitoring day-to-day activities.
Analyze the product and prepare for line feeding to get the right quality the first time.
Able to follow up on shipment plans and achieve set packing targets, quick-balance finishing lines as and when required, and analyze individual worker performance.
Optimize quality manpower allocation.
Monitor and control the quality system.
Improve the knowledge and skills of the team.
Demonstration of the buyer’s standard setting on the machine.
Inspects machinery to detect malfunctions and directs repair or replacement parts.
Update information on key operations.
Must be following up on day-to-day target work.
Should have to perform other finishing-related duties and responsibilities.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
