Responsibilities & Context
- Maintain the right Quality Management System to ensure the quality of the finished product.
- Determine Operational and Performance Qualification.
- Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company system, quality compliance, inspection, and audit.
- Initiate new ideas, processes, or systems to reduce defects with improve quality.
- Profound knowledge of textile weaving and production processes.
- Need to finalize the quality analysis report and discuss quality concerns.
- Report any deviation in the QA system to the management.
- Communicate with the concerned department to resolve technical issues to achieve the desired quality.
- Resolve technical issues and bring solutions.
- Having good knowledge about wrap weaving.
- Identify and apply the best suitable process to development issues.
- Any other job as assigned by the management
