Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in 3D visualization and AutoCAD with a strong ability to conceptualize creative design ideas.
Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
Responsibilities & Context
Inspection of Fire pump, Standpipe and detection system.
Monitor detection control panel, electric/diesel/jokey pump.
Remove CFDS panel trouble.
Face RSC audit with NFPA standards and fire safety Pre T&C and T&C audit.
Supervision detection and protection system vendor.
Prepare protection and detection system as-built design and documents with calculation.
Prepare fireman duty schedule and supervise factory fireman work.
Check all fire door, emergency light, exit sign, fire extinguisher and other all fire equipment.
Prepare floor machine layout plan.
