Set up and operate flatbed machines for cutting, printing, or shaping materials according to production specifications.
Monitor machine performance during operation to ensure that materials are processed efficiently and accurately.
Ensure that the flatbed machine is calibrated correctly to meet the required product specifications.
Conduct regular checks to maintain product quality and ensure that the machine produces consistent and accurate results.
Perform routine maintenance on the flatbed machine, including cleaning, lubricating, and checking parts for wear and tear.
Work closely with other team members, including other operators, production workers, and supervisors, to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure continuous training and development of technical staff to keep up with industry trends and advancements.
