Additional Requirements

Should have sound knowledge of Pre-production Activity, Cutting, Sewing (Must know – How to operate Sewing Machines).

Set up the line as per the layout sheet.
Check production and daily output and ensure quality.
Balance the absenteeism from existing manpower.
Ensure the best quality and find out the root cause of defects.
Check the Issue for all workers as per daily requirements.
Balance the line as per the IE report & graph.
Train the weak operators for improvement.
Have to ensure the proper utilization of man, machine & materials.
Responsible for all fit, construction, and technical-related efforts to production.
Take measurements and make comments on fit and workmanship of photo, size set, and pre-production samples.
Advice/help the QC team and factories to solve production issues.
Setting up short line and increasing efficiency for small quantity orders.
Any other activities as and when required by the management.
