Additional Requirements
- Age At least 25 years
- Only Male
- Strong existing relationships with Real MCA data vendors / lead providers
- Must have experience in MCA campaign, team leading/QC/floor management/chaser role.
- Only experienced candidates in MCA field
Responsibilities & Context
- Manage MCA campaign operations from end to end
- Develop scripts, set up floor operations, and handle closing calls
- Have relationships with data vendors
- Lead, manage, and mentor a sales/call center team
- Improve conversion rates and overall campaign performance
- Support team scaling and expansion when required
