• Knowledge of local market trends, consumer behavior, and regulatory requirements related to promotional activities is advantageous.

Responsibilities & Context

• Supervise and lead teams, ensuring they are adequately trained and equipped to carry out assigned tasks effectively. Plan and organize activities in accordance with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and Clients to ensure seamless execution of activities, including set-up, dismantling, and logistics management.
• Conduct briefings to communicate objectives, roles, and responsibilities to the team, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Monitor on-ground activities to ensure compliance with brand guidelines, promotional protocols, and relevant regulations.
• Address any issues or challenges that arise in pre-post activities.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, related expenses, inventory, and equipment, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.
• Implement health and safety protocols to safeguard the well-being of staff
