Responsibilities & Context

A Flutter Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter framework.

They work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to create high-performance, scalable, and visually appealing mobile apps for both Android and iOS.

Key Responsibilities:

App Development:

• Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.

• Implement responsive UI designs to ensure compatibility across devices.

• Optimize app performance and ensure smooth user experience.

Code Quality & Best Practices:

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

• Implement state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX).

• Ensure modular and reusable components for scalability.

Integration & API Handling:

• Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and SDKs.

• Work with Firebase, GraphQL, and other backend technologies as needed.

Testing & Debugging:

• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging.

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.

• Ensure compatibility across different devices and OS versions.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional apps.

• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate app features.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and provide progress updates.

Deployment & Maintenance:

• Publish apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

• Monitor app performance and user feedback for continuous improvements.

• Implement app updates and bug fixes as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:•

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Flutter & Dart.

• Experience with state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX).

• Familiarity with Firebase, REST APIs, GraphQL.

• Knowledge of SQLite, Hive, or other local databases.

• Understanding of native development (Kotlin, Swift) is a plus.

• Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab for version control.

Soft Skills:

• Problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to work in an Agile development environment
