It is essential to foster the right mindset from the very beginning, proactively taking the lead in establishing and developing each department—essence like a pre-opening team member. A strong command of computer operations across all formats & proficiency in PMS, along with polished English communication skills, both written and spoken, is crucial. Additionally, a well-groomed sense of hospitality is expected to ensure excellence in service and teamwork.
Fully committed to working extra hours, regardless of duty schedule, including weekends and government holidays, to effectively handle any emergency situations.
