Education

B. Sc/M. Sc in Food Engineer from any reputed university.

Responsibilities & Context

C.P. Bangladesh Co., Ltd. is subsidiary concern of C.P. Group of Thailand. To ensure Company Growth in terms of Agriculture product production, control & production management as well as business profitability.

Develop and implement Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) plans to ensure food safety throughout the production process.

Design and implement quality control measures to monitor food products for consistency, safety, and adherence to specifications.

Work with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.

Conduct and analyze food safety tests to identify and mitigate potential risks of contamination.

Select, evaluate, and specify food processing equipment based on functionality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Collaborate with engineers and maintenance personnel to keep food processing equipment operational and well-maintained.

Any other job Assigned by management.
