Responsibilities & Context

• Lead QC department in an pickle (আচার) manufacturing company

• Ensure overall compliance with international food standards (HACCP, FSSC 22000, IFS)
• Preparation of internal and external food safety audits
• Develop and facilitate trainings on Quality Control and Hygiene for all employees
• Oversee and develop the QC Manual
• Oversee Pest Control Program
• Establish and update analytical and microbiological testing procedures
• Become familiar with US & European food safety regulations as well as newer and more advanced food certification (IFS, BRCS)
