What We’re Looking For

• Tech-Focused Background: A polytechnic diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) is preferred. If you have a strong grasp of website development or digital services, we encourage you to apply. We welcome freshers!
• Strong Communication: You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. A minimum typing speed of 25-40+ WPM is required.
• Digital Savvy: Experience or a strong understanding of WordPress, CMS, digital marketing, or graphics design is a significant plus. Knowledge of platforms like Shopify, Webflow, or full-stack development is highly desirable.
• Sales Acumen: Experience in international marketplaces and a proven ability to generate leads and close deals. Fresher is fine, training will be provided.
• Adaptability: The ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients.

Responsibilities:

• Craft compelling proposals based on client requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a smooth experience.
• Collaborate with our operations and development teams to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
• Manage a client database and track project progress.
• Effectively communicate our value proposition and close sales.
• Contribute to our team’s success by providing exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships.
