Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for some young and energetic people for this position who are fluent in English, have a passion for travel, are graduates from any discipline (including pass course – students can not apply), have 1+ years of full-time formal job experience in any industry, and want to build a career in the tourism industry in Bangladesh.

Compensation & Other Benefits
- Provision Period: 15,000 TK per month (Six Months).
- Afterwards: 18,000 TK per month, which will be reviewed every year based on performance.
- Additional Income: From tips on the tours based on the skills and quality, which will be more than the salary.
- Tour Allowance: Yes.
- Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly).
- Annual Leave: 2 weeks every year in addition to the public holidays.
