Pharmaraw Bangladesh is seeking a dynamic and technically competent professional with experience in pharmaceutical formulation development, product development, or R&D.
This role offers the opportunity to leverage your formulation expertise while working closely with leading pharmaceutical manufacturers, international technology partners and innovative ingredient suppliers to supporting innovation, and contributing to strategic business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with pharmaceutical R&D and product development teams.
- Provide technical support for APIs, branded excipients, nutraceutical ingredients, specialty raw materials, and packaging solutions.
- Identify formulation challenges and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Support product development, process optimization, troubleshooting, reformulation, and commercialization activities.
- Conduct technical presentations and formulation-focused discussions with customers.
- Coordinate with international manufacturers and technical experts regarding innovative technologies and ingredients.
- Evaluate new product opportunities, market trends, and emerging formulation technologies.
- Regularly visit pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, production plants, and R&D centers to support customer projects and business development activities.
