Responsibilities & Context

• Strategic Planning: Conduct in – depth research on the market dynamics, policies, regulations, etc. of the local logistics industry in Bangladesh. Based on the company’s resources and goals, formulate strategic plans and annual business plans for logistics operations that are tailored to the local market, and drive the company’s growth in the Bangladeshi logistics market.
• Operational Management: Take overall charge of the company’s daily operations, including warehousing management, transportation scheduling, delivery services, and financial management. Optimize logistics processes, ensure service quality, effectively control operational costs, and improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Team Building: Recruit and lead a professional logistics operations team. This includes hiring, training, and evaluating employees, creating a positive team culture, enhancing team cohesion and execution capabilities, and building a highly collaborative work team.
• Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain local customer resources. Understand customer needs, provide personalized logistics solutions, establish long – term and stable customer relationships, and increase customer loyalty and market share.
• Partner Management: Build good cooperative relationships with local suppliers, transporters, warehousing providers, etc. Negotiate cooperation terms, monitor the implementation of cooperation agreements, and ensure the stability and smooth operation of the supply chain.
• Risk Management: Identify and assess various risks in the company’s operation process, such as market risks, operational risks, and policy risks. Formulate risk – response strategies to ensure the stable operation of the company.
