Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities

  • Has to be prepared requisition & collected quotation from several vendors if need to be purchased any Opex or Capex item. And has to be issued WO/PO to the vendors with taken approval from reporting boss.
  • Has to be communicated with all the Vendors/Suppliers for collecting bills.
  • Need to check the rates of the bills provided by the vendors with approval quotation
  • Has to be follow up all the courier incoming & outgoing with specific SOP
  • Need to be maintained attendance properly at head office form the punch machine everyday. And has to be given mail to individual employee with mentioning the late, absence & has to analysis the logical explanation for late & leave.
  • Need to check the daily purchase (which doing by office staff)- utilities, snacks, rep. & main item and any other if any.
  • Follow up & co ordinate with the dept head/ reporting boss everyday if there is any pending or other analysis to be done.
  • If required to be work for arranging Visa processing documents, AIR ticket booking, Hotel booking, rental car, searching house (Guest house) as per requirement.
  • Follow up the working of office staffs daily activities.
  • And need to do work any other relevant/as per requirement of management.
  • Must be knowledgeable about Social media, email & web chat skype and any desk software.
  • Report time to time to the manager for complicated issues.
  • Must be fluent in English communication
