Responsibilities & Context
- Greeting visitors in a professional manner and maintain records related to Front Desk Operation.
- Managing security and telecommunications systems.
- Managing queries, email and general correspondence.
- Transferring calls as necessary.
- Keep records of staff movements both in and out of organization·
- Ensure messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
- Prepare reports and documents as instructedMaintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception and conference room area
- Arrange logistics for meeting/workshop/training/retreat as per the request.
- Keep the database up-to-date with all contact information.
- Responsible for administrative support functions, coordination and Overall management of the Front Desk Office.
- Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time
