Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience

  • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Textile, Group of Companies, Spinning
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Good Communication Skills (Both English and Bangla)
  • Tech savvy
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office (Excel, word, power point, Outlook)

Responsibilities & Context

  • Greeting visitors in a professional manner and maintain records related to Front Desk Operation.
  • Managing security and telecommunications systems.
  • Managing queries, email and general correspondence.
  • Transferring calls as necessary.
  • Keep records of staff movements both in and out of organization·
  • Ensure messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
  • Prepare reports and documents as instructedMaintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception and conference room area
  • Arrange logistics for meeting/workshop/training/retreat as per the request.
  • Keep the database up-to-date with all contact information.
  • Responsible for administrative support functions, coordination and Overall management of the Front Desk Office.
  • Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time
