GMC Studies is a leading student consultancy firm specializing in sending students abroad for higher education. We are currently seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Front Desk Customer Relationship Officers (CRO).

Career Objective:We are looking for motivated CROs to join our team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the company and its customers, focusing on service sales, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  •         Welcome all visitors and students into the front office in a professional manner and maintain records related to Front Desk Operations.
  •         Maintain all visitor and student logs.
  •         Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  •         Understand customer and student needs and recommend solutions or products that best meet their objectives.
  •         Keep accurate records of customer and student interactions and transactions using WhatsApp.
  •         Stay up-to-date with service knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.
  •         Make calls to leads and provide information to prospective students about our services.
  •  Create new clients and students.
  •         Manage social media queries.
  •         Be willing to visit for marketing work or to meet client demands.Additional Requirements:
