Technical Competencies: Basic computer skills, technical know-how with MS Office Packages, and good typing speed

Arranging and maintaining reception services, including greeting the clients in the office with professional manners.
Dealing efficiently and politely with all telephone, email, internet, and ‘in person’ inquiries
Interacting extensively with customers to clarify their needs with satisfaction
Upholding and maintaining professional etiquette
Holding a smile on the face to induce a positive vibe at the office entrance
Organizing smooth Front Office Operation
Keep a record of Visitors with Name, Address, and Contact Number
Having the mentality to work for a long hour
Performing other Tasks as assigned by the Management
You must work in other branches in Dhaka for emergency support
