To consult with the client over the phone and face to face regarding visa procedure of USA, Canada , UK , Australia, Schengen, New Zeaaland, Ireland etc.
Build a strong relationship with the clients over the phone and face to face.
Keep on updating the client regarding the procedure of their file
Offer high-quality customer service to all applicants, at all stages of the application process.
Ensure to attend all calls and WhatsApp message on client queries, gather applicants’ references and supporting documents.
To work closely with the Visa Compliance and counselling teams to provide advice and guidance on the requirements.
Check all the corresponding documents thoroughly to ensure that clients who meet the requirements of tourist/ Business/ Family migration visa.
Work closely with the counselor to ensure that all assigned correctly and within agreed deadlines.
Communicate regularly with clients who are applying for the tourist visa to ensure that our client records are updated.
Assist the visa compliance team in contributing to the development and update of immigration related information
Should be target achievers, goal-oriented, and must be punctual.
