Responsibilities & Context
- Welcoming passengers on board and directing them to their seats
- Ensuring that all emergency equipment is in working order prior to take-off and explaining, demonstrating safety procedures and equipment to passengers
- Ensuring that all hand luggage is securely stored away
- Administering first aid
- Dealing with emergencies
- Must have knowledge about WORLD MAP.
- Ability to present and communicate with clients effectively.
- Good Communication skills (both oral and written)
- A commitment to high levels of customer service
- Good business awareness and selling skills
- Team working ability
