Responsibilities & Context

KCCR (Kaalmegha Country Club & Resort) is a resort outside of Dhaka that offers visitors accommodation and food services. A Front-Desk-Officer is required to handle guests.

Job Location: Mawna, Gazipur

Workplace: Work at the resort. Required to live at the resort.

Responsibilities:

  • Thorough knowledge of customer service and office management.
  • Schedule shifts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate customer service.
  • Handle complaints and specific customer requests.
  • Ensure proper mail and document distribution.
