Responsibilities & Context
Job Context:
To ensure the efficient operation of the front desk by managing calls, assisting visitors, handling couriers, maintaining office supplies and cleanliness, arranging lunch orders, processing bills, and supporting office events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, maintain logs, and ensure security protocols.
- Manage reception area, including phone calls, inquiries, and directing visitors.
- Log, track, and coordinate receipts and dispatch of documents and parcels.
- Maintain office stationery and pantry supplies, collaborating on business card printing.
- Supervise cleaning for a clean office environment.
- Arrange daily lunch orders and process monthly mobile phone bills.
- Support in organizing office events and programs.
- Any other relevant tasks (as may be) assigned by the superior as and when required.
