Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking a highly organized and professional female Front Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and students with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence efficiently.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update office records and files with accuracy.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Oversee office supplies and ensure the front office area is well-organized and welcoming.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience as a front office coordinator, receptionist, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Previous experience in a front office role or administrative position is plus.
- Additional certification in office management or a relevant field is a plus.
