Responsibilities & Context
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about lounge services, amenities, and local attractions
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage reservations and maintain accurate records of lounge usage
- Address guest concerns and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
