Responsibilities & Context

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about lounge services, amenities, and local attractions
  • Coordinate with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage reservations and maintain accurate records of lounge usage
  • Address guest concerns and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
