Education

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Diploma or Short Course in Hotel Management will be preferred

Experience

  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Hotel, Resort

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 25 years
  • Minimum 2/3 years (Executive) & 6/7 years (Manager) experience in 3/4-star hotel or resort
  • The ability to remain positive and focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Good time management skills
  • A professional appearance
  • Must have very good knowledge of using hotel software
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written)
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • The ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills

Responsibilities & Context

  • Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management and basic bookkeeping procedures
  • Ensure front desk is tidy and has all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and informative leaflets)
  • Schedule shifts
  • Ensure timely and accurate customer service
  • Handle complaints and specific customers requests
  • Ensure proper mail distribution
