Responsibilities & Context

Position Overview:

As the Front Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our electricians in Germany. Your responsibilities will include logistics management (transportation and accommodation), liaising with German authorities and companies, and occasionally assisting with recruitment efforts targeting South Slavic countries for electrician and electrician helper roles. Occasional travel to Germany may be required, expenses covered by the company.

Ideal Candidate:

We’re seeking a proactive, self-starter who can quickly grasp new concepts and possesses strong operational skills. Key qualifications include:

• Fluency in German and English is a must(English is the internal office language).

• Willingness to relocate to Brașov(Romania) as the position requires being at the office(we can initially help with providing a place to stay). Remote work is NOT an option. You can get a feeling for the city in this short video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xwNtlYX_iYM called “This is Brasov”.

• Previous management experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
