- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in front-end web development.
- Prior experience in the following business areas is a plus: IT Enabled Services (ITES), Artificial Intelligence (AI) Startups, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services, Technology or SaaS Startups
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Deep understanding of React.js core principles and Next.js SSR/SSG capabilities.
- Experience with Tailwind CSS for building responsive, modern UIs.
- Familiarity with SEO optimization techniques for Next.js applications.
- Experience with state management tools (e.g., Redux, Context API).
- Familiarity with Node.js, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL (a plus).
- Knowledge of modern build tools (e.g., Babel, Webpack, npm, Yarn).
- Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., JSON Web Tokens).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and passion for writing clean, maintainable code.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

Your primary focus will be on building high-quality, responsive, and SEO-friendly web interfaces, integrating APIs, and ensuring excellent user experiences across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop new user-facing features using React.js and Next.js.
- Build reusable, responsive, and maintainable components with Tailwind CSS.
- Translate Figma designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with design and back-end teams to ensure seamless UI/UX implementation.
- Participate in code reviews, share best practices, and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay current with emerging web technologies and frameworks to improve development processes.
