Requirements
Education
High School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.
Additional Requirements
Prior experience in a Warehouse, Fulfillment Center, Sales or similar environment is preferred but not required.
Age: 20 to 25 (preferred)
Health: Good health and physical fitness required to perform duties effectively
Workload: Ability to work under pressure and extended hours

Skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for dynamic Fulfillment Associates to join our team and contribute to our fulfillment warehouse operations. In this role, they will be responsible for receiving and inspecting products, processing online orders, and efficiently packaging them for distribution.
Contractual associates will have the opportunity to become permanent team members based on their performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, store, and organize products efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Perform product quality checks to ensure items meet company standards before shipping.
Accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring adherence to quality and accuracy standards.
Collaborate with team members and coordinators to streamline operations and ensure timely order processing.
Handle receiving, warehousing, distribution, and returns, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately.
Handle incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure they are processed quickly and efficiently.
Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets to support overall fulfillment center goals.
Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering accurate and on-time order fulfillment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the fulfillment center by following daily cleaning protocols.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards to ensure compliance.
Adhere to company rules and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
