As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will bring technical expertise in full stack web development to deliver high-quality software solutions. You should embody a passion for continuous improvement, be comfortable working in an agile development environment and be familiar with standard testing methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on the development and architecture of the core product using TypeScript, React, Next.js, tRPC, PostgreSQL, and Prisma
- Collaborate on technical decision-making and establish best practices and coding standards for the engineering team
- Mentor and guide engineers through code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver on product roadmaps and strategic initiatives
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and architectural improvements
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and engineering excellence.
