• 3+ years of experience in web development, software programming, ERP maintenance (Odoo preferred), and mobile app development.

• Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end development, with knowledge of JavaScript, Python, PHP, or similar languages.

• Experience with Odoo ERP, including customization and module development.

• Familiarity with mobile development frameworks (e.g., Flutter, React Native).

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

We are looking a dynamic and responsible “Full-Stack Developer” specialized in Website, Software, Odoo, and Mobile App Development in our IT Department of Paramount Group.

Job Responsibilities:

• Website Development & Maintenance

  • Design, develop, and maintain company websites to enhance online visibility and improve user experience.

  • Ensure responsive design for desktop and mobile compatibility.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly.

• Software Development

  • Design and develop small-scale software applications to support.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and transform them into functional applications.

  • Test and deploy new software applications, ensuring they are bug-free and user-friendly.

• Odoo ERP System Management

  • Maintain and customize Odoo ERP applications to meet operational needs.

  • Add  new modules, workflows, and configurations as required.

  • Perform regular updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the ERP system’s stability and functionality.

  • Train internal users on new Odoo features or customizations.

• Mobile Application Development

  • Develop and maintain small mobile applications for internal and external use.

  • Use frameworks like Flutter or React Native to ensure cross-platform compatibility.

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide technical support for software, website, ERP, and mobile app-related issues.

  • Monitor and maintain system performance, implementing improvements as necessary.

  • Identify and address any security vulnerabilities in software or web applications.
