• 5+ years of experience in web application development Practical experience leading development projects as a tech lead
• Experience in system design and development using micro services or RESTful APIs
• Proficiency with multiple development frameworks (e.g., Ruby on Rails, Spring, Gin, Laravel) Front-end development experience using JavaScript frameworks and Typescript
• Development experience in cloud environments such as AWS or GCP
• Experience in collaborative development using Git and GitHub Familiarity with automated testing and test frameworks
• Experience with quality control processes in software development
• Note: Although not required, please let us know if you have experience with any of the following:
• Experience collaborating with product managers to advance development by working together on requirements and specifications
• Experience recruiting engineers
• Mentoring and developing engineering team members
