What You’ll Do:

Design, develop, and implement machine learning models to solve complex real-world challenges.
Research, prototype, and deploy deep learning algorithms for applications such as natural language processing, computer vision, or predictive analytics.
Preprocess, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover insights and ensure data quality for model training.
Optimize machine learning pipelines for scalability, efficiency, and performance.
Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and other team members to integrate AI/ML solutions into production systems.
Stay ahead of emerging trends and advancements in AI/ML to apply the latest techniques in projects.
Evaluate and fine-tune model performance through continuous experimentation and testing.
Document processes, results, and best practices to support knowledge sharing across the team.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience working in the relevant field.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Technical Expertise: Proven experience with Python and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.
ML/AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning architectures such as CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, and GANs.
Data Proficiency: Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and handling large datasets.
Deployment Skills: Familiarity with deploying machine learning models on cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and creative thinking skills to tackle challenging AI/ML problems.
Team Player: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Adaptability: A passion for learning new technologies and staying up-to-date with advancements in the AI/ML field.
