Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science
At least 3 years of experience working in a L1/L2 Service Desk
Networking, firewall, DNS, and DHCP administration skills.
Strong experience with Windows Desktops in AD environments, Windows
Servers, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
Strong experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint
Online, OneDrive, Teams).
Experience with Hyper V environments.
Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud deployments and support desirable.
Experience with VoIP solutions.
Exceptional telephone manner
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a
team.
Responsibilities & Context
Provide support and issue resolution via phone, remote, or email.
Assist end-users with troubleshooting and technical problems.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure their satisfaction.
Prioritize support requests accordingly in a dynamically changing
environment.
Participate in project work to deploy solutions for customers.
Create and maintain client technical documentation.
Support servers, desktops, and applications within Microsoft environments.
Support Azure hosted IaaS services, local virtualized environments, and
remote desktop solutions.
