Must have good knowledge about operating gaming consoles such as PS5 and POOL or Billiard, Foosball table, Air Hocky.
Additional knowledge about PS5 Portable, PS4, PS3, XBOX, XBOX 360, WII, Lenovo Legion Go, Asus ROG, Nintendo etc.
A passion for gaming and knowledge of current games and trends,
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Similar software
Basic financial and budgeting skills.
ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities & Context

Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Gaming Executive to oversee the daily operations of new restaurant’s entertainment section. You will be responsible for ensuring the gaming section of our restaurant operates smoothly, providing an exceptional experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the gaming equipment’s : Daily check of the gaming consoles for full functionality, and the controllers are kept full charged, keeping pool and table tennis, foosball, Air Hocky clean and functional.
Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing a fun, welcoming, and safe environment for all guests. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Assisting the paid customers: Assisting all consumers to get the full and perfect experience of all the games available.
Operations and Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of the gaming consoles, ensuring that all games are in good working condition. Schedule regular maintenance and work with vendors for repairs as needed.
Inventory Management: all games, console availability, memory space capacity and extra if necessary.
Financial Management: Handle cash flow, including daily financial transactions, deposits, and record-keeping of total customers consumers. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and achieving revenue goals.
Promotions and Events: Organize and implement promotions, tournaments, and events to attract customers and drive business growth.
Safety and Cleanliness: Ensure the gaming section is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety regulations. Monitor the facility for any safety hazards and ensure proper procedures are followed to prevent accidents.
Marketing and Social media: Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and activities through various channels, including social media, email newsletters, and local advertisements.
