Graduate from any reputed College/University.
At least 8 (eight) years of work experience as technician in apparel industry.
Should have experience in serving at reputed Buying House/Factory.
Must have appropriate knowledge on quality of Knit and Woven.
Must have excellent communication skill on both spoken and written English.
Expert in computer knowledge (Microsoft Office applications) and computer-based applications.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and make effective decisions

Evaluate all types of samples: Proto, Fit, Size set, Buyer ref, etc. with a feasibility study of product and risk analysis.
Handle sample inspection and sample approval by reviewing construction, measurements, patterns, workmanship, garments outlook presentation, fitting (dummy and model), on fit sample and size set.
Handle customer technical inquiries and necessary troubleshooting independently.
Should have thorough knowledge about both Knit and Woven garment measurement and patterns.
Should have experience in CAD (Optitex), manual pattern amendment, pre-production technical and quality.
Assist in investigating and correcting quality related issues (including customer complaints) through collaboration with QA departments.
Make proactive recommendations and offering/presenting solutions to the Quality Assurance Team to improve quality of the products and work efficiency.
