Responsibilities & Context
- Handle garment sample approvals for all stages before bulk shipments, including SMS samples, Italy size set samples, JSS sample and Archive samples.
- Provide technical support during sample process; from technical sketch up to final approval for seal sample.
- To handle sample evaluation and sample approval by reviewing construction, measurements, patterns, workmanship, fitting (dummy and life model),on fit sample and size set.
- Communicate with customers and vendors during sample process to achieve best possible quality and fitting and give solutions for fitting problems.
- Prepare technical comments to guide vendors and factories to fulfill requirements for bulk shipments.
- Efficiently manage the lead time of approval process.
- Communicate with merchandising team and vendors/factories to resolve technical problems.
- Checking the paper pattern comparing with proto sample and sms.
- Should have knowledge of Woven/ Knit / Sweater regarding construction, workmanship, measurements and fitting
