Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee the entire sample development process, from concept to completion.
- To Check the Sketch sample & Make the Sample as per the Buyer’s Requirement. Ability to check all details according to Artwork & Buyer’s standards.
- Ensure the correct M-list and patterns are used. Prepare design sample, size set, fit sample, red seal & gold seal/tag samples upon receipt from the buyer.
- Measuring technical risk assessments and taking proactive actions.
- Strong Knowledge of pattern grading, CAD marker, fabric construction, fabric quality, tests, seam strength & shrinkage performance etc.
- Make sure to follow the pattern for detailed measurements (pockets, dart placement & measurements).
- To ensure all samples are made with the same machinery as in production.
