Analyze the bulletin and prepare Layouts, identify critical operation and special machines/attachment Conducting capacity study, method study, production study, Time Study, line balancing etc.
Daily manpower balancing, target setting & achievement monitoring.
Preparing SMV database for all styles.
Identify and minimize the bottle neck areas, co-ordinate with seniors and line managers for solving issues.
Balance the line to ensure minimum work in progress (WIP)
Perform special assignment and case study for continuous improvement in quality & productivity.
Participate in PP meeting,
review pilot run, and monitor mass production for complex product and new vendor.
Maintain the required productivity / efficiency levels across all production areas.
Ability to manage complex projects and drive significant performance through capacity utilization and continuous improvements.
Proactive problem solving with ability to take data driven decisions.
Critical path analysis of any knit item.
Responsible for all technical issue of garments.
