Additional Requirements

Responsible for the overall supervision of Gate operations of the Terminal. Supervise & guide gate operation assistants to ensure:
The gate is not congested; traffic is managed.
Every clearance documentation is presented and checked.
Incoming container is nominated in the system. Container information matches with intended vehicle.
Container damage is inspected, any DG Stickers sign for IMCO Container is checked.
OOG (Out of Gauge) containers are properly handled.
Empty containers are thoroughly checked.
Supervise the loading of correct containers for delivery and checking of all necessary clearance and permits.
Address operational obstacles/feedback on OOG containers or damage found in the containers.
Ensure documentation/relevant internal teams are aligned. Guide the gate operation assistants accordingly.
Responsible for gate operations manpower deployment and utilization.
Prepare report on gate operation productive metrics and collaborate with operation superintendent or STV Managers on gate operations strategies, optimization, and improvements.
Closely monitor any deviation in operational SOP. Periodically inspect all gate/booth. Ensure safety and operational protocol is maintained at every gate point.

Supervise the team with optimal productivity and deployment.
