Responsibilities & Context
- The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the overall Admin & Operation related activities of the company effectively & efficiently.
- The ideal candidate will look after Office Management, Security & Safety Management, Transport Management, Housekeeping Management & providing of Logistics Support to all the departments.
- To review and provide recommendations on regular operation and maintenance reports of all projects in its life cycle.
- To recommend preventive measures/actions to improve projects operational efficiencies and reliability continuously keeping in view commercial aspects.
- To recommend and draft a knowledge-sharing and learning platform on root cause analysis, preventive measures, best practices, improvements, and innovations among all projects of the company.
- Dynamic, passionate and high energy to lead and motivate team.
- Excellent negotiating and analytical Skills. Should have sound knowledge on MS Application.
- Should have positive mentality to work hard.
- Monitor & ensure strict compliance of all operations related policies & procedures.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the top management.
