At least 25 year(s) prior experience as the professional administrator in the foreign company or foreign project.;
Japanese or Japanese Language Skill: N1 Level;
Demonstrable Experience in developing strategic and business plans in the foreign company or foreign project;
Ability to understand Government development plan and project concept development;
Must have experience to work with Japanese Management;
Know the expectation of Japanese Management and also know the corporate culture and protocol of Japanese Companies.

Overall responsible for operation and decision making for the Bangladesh office;
To prepare and implement comprehensive business development plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities;
To effectively communicate with the headquarter and all the stakeholders (government offices, clients, venders, contractors, consultants, locally and abroad);
To organize the team and allocate members to individual tasks for the purpose of project tenders.
