Responsibilities & Context

Position Overview: We, Basumati Construction Limited are looking for a motivated and experienced General Manager, Sales & Marketing from construction and real estate sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following responsibilities.

Job Location: Gulshan, Dhaka & Madhucity, near Mohammadpur, Dhaka

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies: Create sales plans, marketing strategies, and annual budgets. Create Sales Forecast and goals, and develop strategies to meet them.
• Sales Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, and ensure they meet sales targets.
• Customer Satisfaction: Analyze customer satisfaction reports and ensure customer expectations are met.
• Build relationships: Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
• Monitor market trends: Keep an eye on market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with other departments: Work with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver key objectives: Ensure the business runs effectively to deliver agreed targets of customer service and satisfaction. Planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertisements. Researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities. Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Compliance: Stay up to date on local, state, and federal laws and regulations, and ensure the company complies with them.
• Performance monitoring: Monitor performance metrics and address operational challenges.
