Additional Requirements

Need to direct experience on Garments Accessory (Button) production and business operation

Operational Management: Oversee daily button factory operations, including production, quality control, procurement, inventory, and logistics, Optimize the manufacturing process to achieve productivity targets.
Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement production schedules, Product plan and manpower layout. Coordinate with the supply chain to ensure raw materials are available on time.
Strategic Leadership: Drive the factory’s overall production and profitable operations. Supervise and follow-up sales team to meet up the yearly sales target.
Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets, financial plans, and forecasts. Control costs and reduce the dues payment. Ensure order wise profit and reduce wastage.
Quality Control: Monitor production processes to ensure buttons meet quality standards and adhere to regulatory requirements.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to all industry regulations, health and safety protocols, and environmental policies. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments, promoting a culture of safety and responsibility.
Communication: Make a strong business relationship with the buyers for regular orders and smooth payment.
